Are there any groups, research projects, or organizations around the world that oppose CO2 storage?
Together with over 100 environmental organizations, citizens’ initiatives, companies, and municipalities, we demand that the federal government reject the industry’s CCS fairy tales! Instead of CCS, we need a rapid phase-out of fossil fuels. To prevent climate catastrophe, we must move away from CO2 and toward renewable energies.
Why are we against CCS? It’s simple:

- CCS is dangerous for humans and nature
- CCS prevents real climate protection
